Introduction

1.1 Purpose

Installation

2.1 Disassembling inspection

1. Check whether the instrument has been damaged or broken in transit;
2. Check whether the equipment is inverted;
3. Check whether the specifications on the nameplate are consistent with the order’s;
4. Check that the packing list is consistent with the object.

2.2 Installation requirement
1. This instrument should be placed on a horizontal and stable worktable. If there is any, it should be adjusted first.
2. Operation ambient temperature:25 + 10 ° C, relative humidity: 50±30%RH RH.
This instrument should be kept away from heat source and corrosion source.
4. This instrument works with a good grounding of 220V / 50Hz + 10% power supply.

3.3 Procedure

1. Put the plug up, insert power cord into the hole of horizontal bar (1), and required weight (3) is attached to the bottom of the plug.
2. Connect with power supply, turn on the power (5), on the preset counter (1) set test number (set number and press the reset button to save it).Press test start button (4), tester operates;rotate speed control knob (3) to adjust test speed.
3. When all tests are done, it stops and alarm rings;then take off the sample to check damage degree.
4. Turn off the power and finish the experiment.

Daily maintenance

1.Cleaning: the surface of the instrument often needs to be cleaned and cleaned by anti-rust oil and dry cloth to prevent the dead or corroded parts of the unit.
2. Cleaning: make daily check list and check the device regularly to keep it clean.
3. Lubrication: Add a little lubricating oil on movable axis;wipe surface of electroplating and smelting tool with lubricating oil to avoid rust.
4. Power supply: before test, turn on the power for 2 ~ 5 minutes to check whether the machine is abnormal.If there is any abnormality, cut off the power immediately, and contact us in time.After the test, cut off the power.
Check: check regularly for cracks and breakage on the external skin of power cord to avoid unnecessary damage and other accidents.
